[Saturday, August 18th] World of Dance had its greatest turnout in the Bay Area with over 4,000+ attendees and 30+ crew from all over California this past month. It was an eventful 36 hour trip to the the Bay to emcee the event plus do the “Meet & Greet”. Yes, I said “Meet & Greet”. HAHA I know more than half the kids there had no idea who I was until I stepped onto the stage to host the show but its all good because everyone still showed tons of love and I appreciated it. It was also great to see so many of my old friends and see the new generation of dancers in the community as well. Thank you to the World of Dance family for having me once again. Here are a few photos from the official World of Dance Flikr photo stream for your viewing pleasure.
Shout out to Ricky Cole (Mos Wanted Crew) for holdin’ it down for the Youth Division. Always good to catch up with you my brother!
Chubbs aka the Mos Wanted Crew x 21XL mascot.
Proud of my brother aka Myron Marten (21XL) for what he’s doing for the entire dance community across the world. However, I wasn’t too proud of that freestyle he busted on stage though… HAHA 143!
America’s Sweetheart aka Chachi Gonzales (IAMME). She’s taking over the world!
And the World of Dance 2012 Bay Area Champions are…
