Behind the Hustle: Building An Industry - Video Recap
On Oct 8th, we had our Building An Industry Career Panel at Attic in Buena Park. Dennis of Crooks-n-Castles, Mega of Black Scale, and Nick of Diamond Supply Co shared their experiences by talking about what it was like starting their brands and how they grew them into what they are today. It was a full day starting out with a resume workshop, followed by the panel plus Q&A and finishing up with a meet and greet. We also provided internship opportunities with all 3 brands.

Behind the Hustle Profile: Eli Holzman
Eli Holzman is an Executive Producer of reality television and president of Studio Lambert. Secret to Eli’s success: hard work. Eli started as an intern at Miramax. Although he wasn’t required to, he showed up 5 days a week and made sure he was the first get to and the last to leave work. This hard work and persistance led to Eli work his way up and ultimately founding the TV division. He sets a standard for himself to have good news and some new success every day which is knowingly unattainable but it is his standard. Eli has no doubt you will succeed if you outwork everyone, happily do every job presented to you, and present yourself with class and dignity.

EAMES: The Architect and The Painter - Trailer
Charles Eames—the architect—and Ray Eames—the painter—are the subjects of a new documentary film dedicated to exploring the lives of this husband–and–wife team who profoundly affected the world of design. Together, Charles and Ray created furniture, multi–media exhibits, graphics, games, films, and toys. They worked with such prominent companies as IBM, Westinghouse, and Herman Miller to define significant movements in American life—from modernism, to the rise of the computer age.
Charles and Ray Eames has always been a source of inspiration for us at GPPR, they are the OG’s of modern design. If you are as excited as we are about this film then you’ll go out and support by watching it at a theatre near you. Batman: Arkham City - Trailer
The sequel to the hit video game, Batman: Arkham Asylum (2009) just hit the selves and I’m debating weather I should come out of video game retirement to save Gotham City once more. Arkham Asylum was the last video game I played from start to finish before hanging up my controller… But after watching this trailer I think its a no brainer!
I need to just go buy it already!
Rihanna: “We Found Love” ft. Calvin Harris Music Video
Rihanna just released her newest video for her collaboration with Calvin Harris, “We Found Love.” The video depicts a loving relationship which turns abusive with a guy who just so happens to look like Chris Brown. Coincident? I think not!
